At Mighty Host, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our services. However, we understand that there may be instances where you may require a refund. Please review our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

01. Eligibility for Refund :

  • Our refund policy is applicable for new customers only and is valid for 2 days from the date of the first payment.
  • Refund requests can only be initiated if the product or service has not been delivered. To cancel an order or request a refund, you must submit a support ticket within this timeframe.

02. Applicable Services:

  • Refunds are available for shared hosting and Wordpress Hosting services if you are a first-time user of these services and are dissatisfied with their performance.

03. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Refunds are not available for the following :
    • Domains
    • Cloud hosting
    • Indian Cloud Hosting
    • Reseller hosting
    • VPS Hosting
    • Premium Addons
    • Dedicated Server
    • Payment gateway charges

  • Refunds are also not applicable for any renewals.

04. Refund Request Process:

  • All refund requests must first be submitted as a cancellation request and then followed up with a support ticket within the 7-day refund period.
  • Refund requests will only be considered if there has been no violation of our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

05. Refund Timeline:

  • Once a refund is approved, the payment will be processed and credited to your bank account within 3-7 working days. The timeline depends on the payment gateway used, including Razorpay, Stripe, PayU Money, and Paytm.

06. Service-Based Nature:

  • As we operate as a service-based company, physical returns are not applicable.
